These kits come direct from the factory so you can expect to have long expiry dates on every item within the kits. The expiry dates are most important on the sterile items in a first aid kit because sterile items should not be used after their expiry date. All the sterile plasters and dressings in this kit come with a long, 5 year expiry date from the date of manufacture.

Yes this grab bag first aid kit has plenty of space to additional items that you may require. Depending of the risks identified during your risk assessment you may want to add additional items like scissors, tweezers, a couple of eyewash pods, ice packs or an A5 accident book will fit inside.
