A popular choice for many first aiders, particularly on construction sites where it may be necessary for the first aider to have both arms free when carrying the kit to respond to an incident which is difficult to access. Climbing ladders or scaffolding are easy when the rucksack is carried on the back. The rucksack has a large internal capacity which means it can also store other items and equipment, for example a defibrillator.
Internal storage pouches (supplied separately) can be added to make storage and retrieval of the content easier.
The kit contents comply with the BS8599 requirements for workplace 1 to 100 people in a low risk environment or 1 to 25 people in a high risk environment. This unique pack also contents a number of additonal items requested by first aiders and responders including eyewash pods, 500ml eyewash bottle, burn gel sachets and instant ice pack.
All content is CE marked and the sterile dressings, eyewash and plasters all have long expiry dates (5 years from the date of manufacture).
