Q) How do you activate the ice packs?
The instant ice pack activates when the two ingredients in the pack mix and become cold. To get the two ingredients to mix, hold the pack firm in two hands, squeeze and twist the pack until you feel the inner pouch of liquid burst. Once the inner pouch bursts, shake the pack vigorously and the two ingredients will mix effectively and the ice pack will become instantly cold within seconds.
Q) I am finding the packs hard to activate, what should I do?
The instant ice packs are manufactured to a high specification and are designed to ensure that they do not activate too easily. If they activated too easily, they may activate whilst being delivered or even whilst carried in your first aid kit, which would mean they are not usable when you need them. If you find a pack a little difficult to activate, place the pack on a hard surface and gently strike the pack with a closed fist. Repeat until you feel the inner pouch burst and the pack will start to become cold immediately.
Q) How will I know if the ice pack has activated successfully?
